• Two entries for each category from each school
• Use of Tanpura or Harmonium is permitted only by Self
• Dress code- White only (including Socks, Canvas/Shoes, etc), School Uniform is prohibited
• No embellishment of body or dress is permitted.
• Time- 3 minutes, without warning bell
• Criteria for assessment- Voice, Melody, Rhythm and Intonation

• Two entries for each category from each school
• Songs biased to any particular religion or political party is not permitted
• Time duration: 3 minutes each for sub junior, junior &senior and 4 Minutes for super senior category without warning bell
• There should be no indecency in any kind
• Fusion of songs is permitted
• Criteria for Assessment: Presentation, Steps, Costume and Expression

S.3. ELOCUTION (ENGLISH)

Junior (III-V) Cultural Celebration and Their Relevance Today

Senior (VI-VIII) My Finger My Nation My Decision: Importance of Democracy

Super Senior (IX-XII) - Extempore

• Two Participants for each category from each school
• Time: 3 Minutes without warning bell
• No Mic will be provided
• Dress Code: White only, School Uniform not permitted, No decoration on body or dress
• Criteria for Assessment: Dictation, Development of Theme, Content and Oratorical Skills

S.4. WATER COLOUR PAINTING

Themes:

Sub-Junior (I-II) - My Favourite Fruit

Junior (III-V) - Life Under Water

Senior (VI-VIII) - Rural Life in India

Super Senior (IX-XII) - Topic would be given on the Spot

• Three Participants for each category from each school
• Time: 90 Minutes
• Class I and II can use crayons and others water colour only
• Participants are to bring their drawing materials
• Criteria for Assessment: Creativity, Originality, Artistic Composition and Thematic Clarity
• Paper size : 470 mm X 280 mm, 170 gsm

G.1. GROUP SONG (HINDI)

Themes:

Junior (I-V) - Retro Magic: Songs of “after 90s”

Senior (VI-VIII) - Unforgettable Beats: Songs of “Before 80s”

• One entry for each category from each school
• Number of Participants: Minimum 15, Maximum 20 (inclusive of the instrumentalists)
• Dress Code: School uniform is prohibited, Costumes are allowed.
• Time: 5 Minutes
• No pre-recorded music or tracks
• Mixing of songs are permitted
• Backdrop will be common for all groups, no props are allowed
• Sound assistance: 5 Mic for singers, two Mic and two aux jacks for musical instruments
• Criteria for assessment: Harmony, Rhythm, Melody and Presentation.

G.2. GROUP DANCE

Themes:

Junior (I-V) - South Indian Cultural Dance (Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangna)

Senior (VI-VIII) - North Indian Cultural Dance (Himanchal Pradesh, Punjab, Hariyana, J&K, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh & Rajasthan)

• One entry for each category from each school
• Participants: Minimum 15, Maximum 20
• Time: 5 Minutes
• The song track must be handed over or mailed by 20th September, 2026.
• Songs based to any particular religion or political party is not permitted
• Prop/Dress Code: School Uniform is not permitted
• Criteria for assessment: Presentation, Choreography, Synchronization and Costume.

O.1. INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC

Themes: Raise to the Beats

• One team from each school
• Participants: Minimum 7, Maximum 12
• All instruments are permitted, rhythm must not be played form the keyboard
• No instruments will be provided, bring own instruments
• Time: 10 Minutes (5 Min for arrangement and 5 Min for performance)
• Criteria for assessment: Presentation, Coordination, Rhythm and overall impression

O.2. TABLEAU

Themes: Fundamental Rights and Duties of Indian Citizen

• One team from each school
• Time: 6 minutes
• Participants: minimum 15, Maximum 20
• No commentary is permitted
• Pre-fixing of any article before allotted time is strictly prohibited.
• Criteria for assessment: Presentation, Creativity, Relevance and Performance

O.3. Quiz

Theme: - Connecting People and Culture: Indian Railways (The quiz encompasses the following: history, zones & divisions, famous trains & stations, routes & bridges, mountain & heritage railways, technology & production units, locomotives, facts & records, railway safety, tickets & services, current affairs, railway personalities and related themes)

• One team from each school
• Participants: 5
• There will be a selection based on a written test
• Top seven Schools will be selected for the final round
• There will be five rounds

O.4. MIME

Themes: We the People of India: Fundamental Rights and Duties

• One team from each school
• Participants: Minimum 7, Maximum 12
• Background music permitted, without any dialogue.
• Participants must be completely silent, no speaking, singing or lip syncing is allowed.
• Time: 10 Minutes
• Dress Code: No School uniform is allowed, costumes are allowed.
• Criteria for assessment: Expression & body language, creativity & originality, coordination & team work and over all impact.

• The participants are expected to maintain an atmosphere of friendliness and spirit of brotherhood, with an attitude of openness, sincerity, honesty, and responsibility.
• Any kind of indiscipline, indecent behaviour, unbecoming gesture or activity, offensive language will be dealt with very seriously, and the concerned participant(s) / group(s) may be disqualified from the competitions and in case of offence being serious, the concerned party may be instantly sacked without any prior notice.
• The teachers accompanying their students will solely be responsible for the conduct of the students entrusted to their care.
• Participants should not tamper with any item or system: electric, electronic or any other in the classrooms or school premises. Any property damaged or vandalized should be made good by the participant or by the school the participant(s) belong(s) to.
• All students should be in their respective school groups during the leisure time.
• All the schools/contestants are expected to report at the venue by 8.30 a.m.
• No parents are allowed to accompany the students.
• Lunch and refreshments will be served to all the contestants and teachers.

• Any kind of fire/smoke including dhoop in any competition is strictly prohibited.
• Introduction(s) of the participant(s) by self or others before the judges are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will lead to disqualification.
• We follow the “One Participant - One Item” policy strictly, i.e. if a participant participates in singing competition, he/she cannot participate in any other item in any category - either Solo or Group or Open - which would automatically lead to disqualification.
• Divulging the identity of one's school in any form – by way of dress, actions, gestures, or any other hints by the concerned participants, teachers, school authorities either on or off stage, or before the judges during or prior to the performance of a school shall attract disqualification of the participants from the competition.
• No warning bell will be given during any competition except Tableau. Contestants/groups exceeding the time limit will suffer reduction of points/marks based on the number of seconds /minutes taken extra.
• Any group performing an Item with more or lesser participants than the prescribed number will be considered disqualified. It is advised that minimum and maximum number for every group item be noted well in advance.
• All the songs for dances should be mailed to the official email ID latest by September 20, 2026.
• Every item of the competitions has its specific rules and regulations. Familiarizing oneself with the norms will benefit one and all.

• The students and the accompanying teachers must wear the Identity Card issued to them by the Organizing Committee, failing which they may even be expelled from the campus without prior notice.
• Identity Card must be produced before on stage participation in any competition and whenever it is asked for. The Organizing Committee has the right to debar any participant(s) from taking part in any competitions for failing to produce the Identity Card.

• The registration of the participants will be done through respective schools only.
• The schools should register the names of the contestants with the photocopy of their Identity Cards issued from the school along with the prescribed Registration Fee.
• The last date for registration is Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
• The registration can be done by signing in www.agrarainbow.in with the User Id and password sent to the principal separately.

• Any complaints or suggestions in general or regarding any of the competitions are welcome. But the Organizing Committee will entertain only the written ones submitted by either a Principal / Sister or a Teacherin- Charge of a concerned school or any other person nominated by the management of the school.
• Complaints, if any, are to be registered in the office of the Organizing Committee with a nominal registration fee of Rs. 100/-.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of the Arbitration Board will be final.
